Made it past my Birthday

Well I'm officially 47 years old and still Obese.  I hate that work Obese!  It sounds like a mammoth animal that could crush you in one feld swoop.  I wanted to start my program today but as usual many excuses came up.  I blamed the weather today (it is really windy and cold) yet as I looked out the window to see what our two dogs were barking at I saw the die hard walkers out getting their excercise as I sat in the warmth of my home in the lazy lounge chair saying in my head that tomorrow will be the day I get started.  I hope that I can find the inner strenth to make it happen!!  If you have some good advice on how to get the mindset started I'm all ears!!
